  Do you like fast, reliable, amazing mail service? Well look more further, far far away from this place! There is so many problems with this place I can't even begin. From the bottom of the infrastructure to the top! First of all, mailman. He get sick of our parking spots in our OWN house where we are authorized to park and says if you leave you car here, I won't deliver to you. Uh no, I'm not going to go through the trouble of parking a mile away from my house just so you can be lazy and drive by deliver, no sir, you can get out and deliver like every other mailman. Oh here's another fun story, I waited all day for my package that needed to be signed for to be delivered and they had the audacity to not even knock but put a we missed you slip in my mailbox without even trying to attempt a delivery! Second, Why do they even have a phone number? This IDIOT, yes I mean IDIOT automated message sucks big donkey droppings! Even if you clearly say no, it says uh deeeeerp what did you say duuuuuuuur. Machines are supposed to be easier to navigate with, this is seriously worse! After 15 minutes talking to this broken machine, I get put on hold, to no one's surprise, 50 MINUTE WAIT TIME. What kind of communications they have, PIGEON CARRIER?! So I'm like let's go out and go there directly. I get there and guess what? There is no one there, like no customers!!!!!! I get my item which i requested 5 TIMES to get redelivered and it's just sitting in the back. Thanks USPS, you've made me realize I should flush my tax return down the toilet because at least that way , in someway it will fertilize food, that would actually be useful instead of this incompetent group of snail mail.

  If you mail packages fairly often like I do, get a scale and print your own labels so you can drop off quickly - get in and out. Hayward services overall are not keeping up with the increasing population and demand, the lines at the post offices are ridiculous. Sometimes there are 50 or more people on line! Lots of times the parking is hard to find also. Until I got my own scale I had to put up with the morons on line with nothing ready, having to barrow packing tape and pen, and then after they have their package ready, they jump to the front... lots of rude people in Hayward. The clerks are mostly OK, except I had a horrible experience with one, a total a-hole that should be fired. Get your own scale, print your own shipping labels and save yourself the nightmare that is the Hayward post office! Negative 3 stars.
