- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been on hold for 2 and a half hours and still waiting : ( I filed for medi-cal and 2 months later, my application is still pending. Every time I call, they tell me I just have to wait. That's 2 months without insurance. God forbid something happens to me and I need a doctor. So I am trying to call AGAIN and this time I plan on speaking directly to upper management. Never in my life have I been on hold for 2 1/2 hours! I may never get through :(By Linda Modlin, July 15, 2017
